« One Mediator of God and men, the man Christ Jesus : who gave

To the " Faithful witness, the first-begotten of the dead, and the prince of
the kings of the earth, who hath loved us, and washed us from our sins, in his own blood” (Apoc. i. 5):
To the “ Lamb that was slain, and is worthy to receive power, and divinity,
and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and benedic. tion” (Apoc. v. 12):
