17 Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness. ૧૭ તાપણ તેણે શારૂં કીધું [એટલે] આકાશથી વરશાદ તથા ફલવાન દેશને આપણે આપતાં આપણાં નનાને અનથી તથા આનંદથી ભરપુર કરીને પેાતાને શાહેદી બીવા રાખો નહીં 18 And with these sayings scarce restrained they the people, that they had not done sacrifice unto them. ૧૮ ને તેઓએ એ વાતા કહીને પોતાને સારૂ જગન કરવાથી લોકો ને મુશકીલીએ પાછા રાખા 19 [[ And there cane thither certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium, who persuaded the people, and, having stoned Paul. drew him out of the city, supposing he had been dead. ૧૮ પણ ખતીઓખથી તથા ઇકોનીથી ઇહુદીઓ તાંહાં આએ વા તેઓ લોકોને મનાવીને તથા પાઊલને પથરે નારીને તે મુદ્દે અન ધારતાં [તેને] શહેર બાહાર ઘશડી લાએવા 20 Howbeit, as the disciples stood round about him, he rose up, and came into the city: and the next day he departed with Barnabas to Derbe. ૨૦ તાપણુ તેહેની ચારા ગમ શીશા ઊભા રહેતા તે ઊઠીને શે હેરનાં આએવો ને બીજે દાાંડે બારણબાની શાથે દેરબેનાં ચાલે ગ 21. And when they had preached the gospel to that city and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch, ૨૧ ને તેઓએ તે શેહેરનાં શારા શમાચાર પરગટ કરતાં ઘણા એને ઊપદેશ આએપેા નેલુશતરાનાં તથા ઈકોનીનાં તથા અં તીખમાં પાછા પૃથ્વીને 22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. ૨૨ શીશાનાં નનાને થીર કરતાં વીશવાશમાં રહેવા શારૂ બા ધ કીધો ને કહું કે આપણે ઘણાં શંકટથી દેવના રાજનાં જવું પડેછે 23 And when they had ordained them elders in every church and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom they believed. ૨૩ ને હરેક મંડલીમાં તેને શારૂ વડીલને ઠરાવીને એએએ અપવાશથી પરારથના કરતાં જે પરભુ પર તેઓએ વીશવાશ કરો હુતો તેની પાશે તેને શાંષા 24 And after they had passed throughout Pisidia, they came to Pamphylia. ૨૪ પછી તેઓ પીશીદીથી જઇને પાન′લીનાં પોહોંચા 25 And when they had preached the word in Perga, they went down into Attalia. ૨૫ ને પેગેનાં વાત પરગટ કરીને આતતાલીમાં ઊતરી આ એવા 26 And thence sailed to Antioch, from whence they had been recommended to the grace of God for the work which they fulfilled. ૨૬ પછી તાઁહીંથી હાડીએ અંતીખનાં ગચ્છ ીઓંથી તેઓએ જે કાંન પુરૂં કીધું તે શારૂ તેઓ દેવની કીરષાનાં શોંપી આપેલા હુતા 27 And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles. ૨૭ ને [તાં’] આએવા પર તેઓએ મંડલી એકઠી કરીને પોતા થી જે શરવ કાંન દેવે કરાએવાં ને પરદેશીઓને શારૂ વીશવાશ બારણું ઊઘાડું તે વીશારે કર્યાં 28 And there they abode long time with the disciples. ૨૮ ને શીશોની શાથે તેઓ ઘણા દાણાડા તાઁહીં રહા CHAP. XV. પેંદ્રના અધો 1 And certain men which came down from Judea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised. after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved. ૧ તાહારે કેટલાએકે ઇહુદાથી આવીને ભાઇઓને અન શીખવું કે બ્ને સુશાની રીત પરનાણું તમે ગ્યુનત ન લો તો તારણ પાઁની શકતા નથી 2 When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissession and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this guestion. ૨ તેમાટે પાઊલને તથા બારણખાને તેની શાથે ઘણી તક રાર તથા બીવાદ થઆ પર મંડલીએ પાઊલને તથા બારણુબાને તથા પોતાનામાંના બીન કેટલાએકને એ વીચાર શમઁધી ઈશાલે નમાંના નાકલેલાની તથા વડીલોની પાશે નેોકલવાનું ઠરાએવું 3 And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren. ૩ એમાટે તેઓ નલીની શાહેથી આગલ વધીને પરદેશીઓના ફરવાની ખબર પીનેકેનાં તથા શનરોનમાં વીગતવાર કેહેતા ગઆ તેથી તેઓએ ઘલા ભાઈઓને નોટો આનંદ ઊપખ્તએવો 4 And when they were came to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them. ૪ ને તેઓ ઇરૂશાલેમનાં પોંચા પર મંડલીએ તથા મેકલે લાએ તથા વડીલોએ તેઓને અંગીકાર કીધા ને ધૈર્ય જે શવ તેથી કરાએવાં તેની ખબર તેઓએ કહી 5 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pbarisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses. ઞ પણ પ્રાીશીએના તડાંના વીશવાશ કરનાર કેટલાએક ઊડીને કહું કે તેઓને નત કરવી ને સુશાનુઁ નેનશાશતર પાસવા ના હુકન આપવા જરૂર છે 6 [ And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter. ૬ તારે નાકલેલા તથા વડીલા એ વાત શબંધી વીચાર કર બાને એકઠા થ 7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago, God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth, should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. ૭ ને ઘણા બીવાદ થઆ પછી પીતરે ઊઠીને તેઓને કહું કે માંણશેા ભાઇઓ તને તંણા કે બહુ દાહાડા થઆ દેવે આપ ણામાંંથી બીણીલી કે નાહાર નેહાંડે પરદેશીઓ શારા શના ચારની વાત શાઁભલીને વીશવાશ કરે 8 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did un to us ; ૮ ને મન બઁણનાર દેવે જૈન આપણે તૈન તેને પણ પી તર આતમા આપતાં તેઓને શાહેદી આપીછે :=: 9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. ૯ ને વીશવાશથી તેનાં મન પીતર કરીને હુમારામાં તથા તેનાં કંઈ ફેર રાખા નહી 10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? ૧૦ એમાંટે જે જીહુશી હુમારા બાપદાદા તથા હુને પણુ ગ્રી શકતા નથી તે શીશોની ગરદન પર નુકવાથી હવે તને દેવની પીખ શાકૅન કરાછા 11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they. ૧૧ પણ જૈન તેઓ તેમ હુને પણ પરભુ ઈશુ ખરીશટની કીર પાથી તારણ પનીશે એંમ હુને વીશવાશ કરીએઇએ 12 | Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what iniracles and wonders God hath wrought among the Gentiles by them. ૧૨ તાહારે સંધા લેાક ચુપ રહા ને બારણુઞાની તથા પાઊલની હુશ્રુતક દેવ જે અચરત કર્યાંના તથા ચમતકારો પરદેશીનાં કરાએ વા હતા તેથી તેણેની ખબર કેહેતાં શાંભલી 13¶ 13 | And after they had held their peace, James an swered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me. ૧૩ ને તેઓ ચુપ રહ્યા પછી ઈઆકુબે બેાલતાં કહું કે એ માઁણુ શા ભાઇઓ માહાર શાંભલા 14 Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. ૧૪ પેહેલાં દેવે પોતાના નાંમને શારૂ પરદેશીઓનાંથી લાકને ---:: |
