thine altar.

16. And for the precious things of the earth, and fulness thereof, and for the good will of him that dwelt in the bufb: let the bleffing come upon the head of Jofeph, and upon the top of the head of him that was feparated from his brethren.

17. His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together, to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manaffeb.

21. And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver was he feared; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of the Lord, and his judgments with Ifrael.

22. And of Dan be faid, Dan is a lions whelp: he shall leap from Bafhan.

23. And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, fatisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the Lord: poffefs thou the west and the fouth.

24. And of Alber he faid, Let Afher be blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oyl.

25. Thy shoes shall be iron and brass ; and as thy days, so shall thy Strength be.

28. There is none like unto the God of Jefburun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellence on the skie.

27. The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everLafting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee, and Jhall fay, Destroy them.

20. Look upon Zion the city of our folemnities: thine eyes fall fee Jerufalem a quiet habitation, a tabernacle that shall not be taken down,not one of the ftakes thereof shall ever be removed, neither hall any of the cords thereof be broken.

14. The fons alfo of them that afflicted thee, fall come bending una thee; and all they that defpifed thee, fhall bow themselves down

at the foles of thy feet; and they shall call thee, The city of the Lord, the Zion of the holy One of Ifrael.

15. Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make the an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.

16. Thou shalt alfo fuck the milk of the Gentiles, and fhalt fuck the breast of kings, and thou shalt know that I the Lord am thy faviour and thy redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

17. For brafs I will bring gold, and for iron I will bring filver, and for wood brass, and for tones iron: I will also make thy officers peace, and thine exactors righteousness.

4. And they hall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former defolations, and they shall repair the wafte cities, the defolations of many generations.

6. I have fet watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerufalem, which never shall hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the Lord, keep not filence;

4. For thus faith the Lord, the God of Ifrael, concerning the houfes of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, which are thrown down by the mounts, and by the word.

10. Thus faiththe Lord, Again there fhall be heard in this place (which ye fay fall be defolate without man and without beast, and even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem that are defolate without man and without inhabitant, and without beast.)

11. The voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praife the Lord of hofts, for the Lord is good, for his mercy endureth for ever, and of them that shall bring the facrifice of praife into the house of the Lord; for I will caufe to return the captivity of the land as at the first, faith the Lord.

12. Thus faith the Lord of hofts, Again in this place which is defolate without man and without beast, and in all cities thereof, shall be an habitation of fhepherds causing their flocks to lie down.

13. In the cities of the mountains, in the cities of the vale, and in the cities of the fouth, and in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerufalem, and in the cities of Judah shall the flocks. pafs again under the hands of him that telleth them, faith the Lord.

14. Behold, the days come, faith the Lord, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Ifrael, and to the house of Judah.

18. Neither hall the priests the Levites, want a man before me to offer burnt-offerings, and to kindle meat-offerings, and to do facrifice continually.

EZEKIEL XXxvj. 36.

36. Then the heathen that are left round about you, shall know that I the Lord build the ruined places, and plant that that was defolate: I the Lord have spoken it, and I will do it.
