ND the third day there was a 1. John marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jefus was there, and both 2. Jefus was called and his difciples to the marriage. And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jefus faith unto him, They have no Wine. Jefus faith unto her, 4. Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come. His mother 5. faith unto the fervants, what foever he faith unto you, do it. And there were 6. fet there fix water pots of ftone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews: containing two or three firkins a piece. Jefus faith unto them, Fill the water pots 7. Miracle 1. with water. And they filled them up to 8. the brim, and he faith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the Governour of the feaft, and they bear it. When the Ruler of the fealt had tafted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence.. it was (but the fervants which drew the water knew) the governour of the feaft called the bridegroom, and faith unto him. This beginning of miracles did Jefus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his Glory; and his difciples believed on him.

Christ's conference with Nicodemus.

THE

HERE was a man of the Pharifees, 1. John ik named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: the fame came to Jefus by night and faid unto him Rabbi, we know that thou art a Teacher come from God, for no man can do thefe miracles that thou doft except God be with him.
