19. Confounded be all they that worship carved Images, and that delight in vain Idols: worship Him, all ye Gods. 20. Sion heard of it, and rejoiced; and the Daughters of Judah were glad, becaufe of thy Judgments, O Lord.

21. For Thou, Lord, art high above all that are in the Earth; Thou art exalted far above all Gods.

22. O Ye, that love the Lord, fee that ye hate the Thing which is evil.

23. The Lord preferveth the Souls of his Saints, he fhail deliver them from the Hand of the wicked.

24. There is fprung up a Light for the righteous, and joyful Gladness for fuch as are upright in Heart.

25. Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give Thanks at the Remembrance of his Holiness.

26. LET GOD in all Things be glorified, through Jefus Chrift, to whom be Praise and Dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (1 Pet. iv. 11.)

Nineteenth HYMN XXXVII. Morning.

I.

COME, LET US fing unto the Lord, let us heartily rejoice in the Rock of our Salvation. (PS. xcv.) 2. Let us come before his Prefence with Thanksgiving; and fhew ourselves glad in Him with Pfalms.

3. For the Lord is a great God, and a great King, above all Gods.

4. In his Hands are all the Corners of the Earth; and the Strength of the Hills is his allo.

5. The Sea is his, and He made it; and his Hands prepared the dry Land.

6. O come, let us worship and fall down; let us kneel before the Lord our Maker; for He is the Lord our God, and we are the People of his Pafture, and the Sheep of his Hand.

7. "To Day if Ye will hear his Voice, harden not your Hearts, as in the Provocation, and as in the Day of Temptation in the Wilderness, when your Fathers tempted me, proved me, and faw my Works;

8. Forty Years long was I grieved with this Genera❝tion, and faid, it is a People that do err in their Hearts, "for they have not known my Ways :

"Unto whom I fware in myWrath, that they should "not enter into my Rest."

11. Sing unto the Lord, and praife his Name; be telling of his Salvation from Day to Day: declare his Glory among the Heathen, and his Wonders unto all People.

12. For the Lord is great, and cannot, worthily be praited; He is more to be feared than all Gods,

13. As for all the Gods of the Heathen, they are but Idols; but it is the Lord, that made the Heavens.

14. Glory and Majefty are before Him; Strength and Honor are in his Sanctuary.

15. Afcribe unto the Lord, O ye Kindreds of the People; afcribe unto the Lord Worfhip and Power...

16. Afcribe unto the Lord the Honor due unto his Name; bring an Offering, and come into his Courts...

17. Q worthip the Lord in the Beauty of Holmess; let the whole Earth ftand in Awe of Him.

18. Tell it out among the Heathen, that the Lord is King; and that it is He, who hath made the round World fo faft that it cannot be moved, and how that He fhail judge the People righteously.

19. Let the Heavens rejoice, and let the Earth be glad let the Sea make a Noife, and All that therein is.

20. Let the Field be joyful, and All that is in it: then fball all the Trees of the Wood rejoice before the Lord.

21. For He cometh, for He cometh to judge the Earth; and with Righteoufnefs fhall He judge the World, and the People with his Truth.

22. WE GIVE THEE Thanks,. O Lord God Almighty, which art and waft and art to come, because Thou haft taken unto Thee thy great Power, and haft reigned. (Rev. xi. 17.)

23. Now Is come Salvation and Strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the Power of his Chrift. (ib. xii. 10.) 24. Therefore rejoice ye Heavens, and Ye that dwell in them.

3. He hath remembered his Mercy and his Truth towards the Houfe of Ifrael, and all the Ends of the World have feen the Salvation of our God.

4. Shew yourselves joyful unto the Lord, all ye Lands; make a loud Noise, rejoice and give Thanks.

5. Praife the Lord upon the Harp; fing to the Harp with a Pfalm of Thanksgiving.

6. With Trumpets alfo and Sound of Cornet; O fhew yourselves joyful before the Lord the King.

7. Let the Sea make a Noise, and all that therein is; the round World, and they that dwell therein.

8. Let the Floods clap their Hands, and let the Hills be joyful together, before the Lord's for He cometh to judge the Earth,

9. With Righteousness shall He judge the World, and the People with Equity.

IO. THE LORD IS King, let the People tremble; He fitteth between the Cherubims, let the Earth be moved. (Pf.xcix.)

11. The Lord is great in Sion, and high above all People: 12. They fhall praise thy Name, which is great, wonderful and holy.

18. O magnifie the Lord our God, and worfhip Him upon his holy Hill; for the Lord our God is holy.

24. Thine, O Lord, is the Greatnefs, and the Power, and the Glory, and the Victory, and the Majefty; for All that is in the Heaven and in the Earth is thine; Thine is the Kingdom, O Lord, and Thou art exalted as Head above all.

25. Both Riches and Honor come of Thee, and Thou reigneft over All; and in thine Hand is Power and Might, and in thine Hand it is to make great, and to give Strength unto All.

26. Now therefore, our God, We thank Thee, and praise thy glorious Name.

27. Now To HIM, who is the bleffed and only Poten tate, the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords; Who only hath Immortality, dwelling in the Light which no Man can approach unto; Whom no Man hath feen, nor can fee; to Whom be Honor and Power everlasting. (1 Tim. vi. 15.) 28. Amen.

EAR MY PRAYER, O Lord, and let my Crying come unto Thee: hide not thy Face from me in the Time of Trouble; incline thine Ear unto me when I call; O hear me, and answer me fpeedily. (Pf. cii.)

2. My Days are like a Shadow that declineth; but Thou, O Lord, fhalt endure for ever, and thy Remembrance throughout all Generations.

3. Thou fhalt arife, and have Mercy upon Sion; for it is Time that Thou have Mercy upon her, yea, the fet Time
