Philip Winter, D.D., president of St. John's College, has entered upon his duties as Vice-Chancellor for the ensuing year. New College. Mr. Thomas John Hearn has been admitted Actual Fellow of New College, as of kin to the founder. St. Mary Hall.-A Dyke Scholarship is vacant in this college. Oct. 18.-Yesterday the Rev. George Domville Wheeler, M.A.. and the Rev. Charles Nevinson, Scholars of Wadham college, were admitted Actual Fellows of that society.
