Heb. ix. 26. He hath appeared to put away fin by the facrifice of himself.

Ver. 28. Chrift was once offered to bear the fins

of many. Heb. x. 14. By one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are fanctified.

John i. 29. The Lamb of GOD, which taketh away the fins of the world.

Matt. xxvi. 28. This is my blood, which is fhed for many, for the remiffion of fins.

1 John i. 7. The blood of Jefus Christ cleanseth us from all fin.

Ver. 9. If we confefs our fins, he is faithful and juft to forgive us our fins, and to cleanfe us from all unrighteousness.

1 John ii. 1. If any man fin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jefus Chrift the righteous.

Ver. 2. He is the propitiation for our fins: And not for ours only, but for the fins of the whole world. Ver. 12. I write to you, little children, because your fins are forgiven you, for his name's fake. 1 John iii. 5. He was manifested to take away our fins.

1 Pet. ii. 24. Who his ownfelf bear our fins in his own body on the tree, that we being dead to fin, fhould live unto righteousness by whofe ftripes ye were healed.

Rev. i. 5. That loved us, and washed us from our fins in his own blood.

Reconciliation.

Ifa. xxvii. 15. Let him take hold of my ftrength, that he may make peace with me, and he shall make peace with me.

Rom. v. 9. Being now juftified by his blood, we fhall be faved from wrath through him.

Ver. 10. For if when we were enemies, we were

reconciled

reconciled unto God, much more being reconciled we shall be faved by his life.

2 Cor. v. 18. All things are of GOD, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jefus Chrift, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.

Ver. 19. To wit, that GOD was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not imputing to them their trefpaffes.

Eph. ii. 13. Now in Chrift Jefus, ye who fometimes were far off, are made nigh by the blood of Chrift.

Ver. 14. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us.

Ver. 15. Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments, contained in ordinances, for to make in himself, of twain, one new man, fo making peace.

Ver. 16. And that he might reconcile both unto GOD in one body by the crofs, having flain the enmity thereby.

Ver. 17. And came, and preached peace to you that were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

Col. i. 21. You that were fometime alienated, and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled.

Ver. 22. In the body of his flefh through death, to present you holy and unblameable, and unreproveable in his fight:

Ver. 23. If ye continue in the faith, grounded and fettled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gofpel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven.

Heb. ii. 17. That he might be a merciful and faithful high priest, in things pertaining to God, to make, reconciliation for the fins of the people.

III. ADOPTION.

Jer. xxxi. 9. I am a Father to Ifrael, and Ephraim is my first-born.

If. lxiii. 16. Doubtlefs thou art our Father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Ifrael acknowledge us not; Thou, O LORD, art our Father, our Redeemer; thy name is from everlasting.

If. lxiv. 8. But now, O LORD, thou art our Father: We are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thine hand.

Rom. viii. 14. As many as are led by the Spirit of GOD, they are the fons of GOD.

Ver. 15. For ye have not received the fpirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba Father.

Rom. ix. 26. And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was faid unto them, Ye are not my people, there fhall they be called the children of the living GOD.

2 Cor. vi. 18. I will be a Father unto you, and ye fhall be my fons and daughters, faith the LORD Almighty.

Gal. iii. 26. Ye are all the children of GOD by faith in Chrift Jefus.

Gal. iv. 4. GOD fent forth his Son

Ver. 5. To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of fons.

Ver. 7. Wherefore thou art no more a fervant, but a fon; and if a fon, then an heir of GOD through Chrift.

Eph. i. 5. Having predeftinated us to the adoption of children by Jefus Chrift to himself, according to the good pleafure of his will.

Ver. 6. To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted through the Beloved.

John i. 12. As many as received him, to them gave he power to become the fons of GOD, even to them that believe on his name.

1 John iii. 2. Behold what manner of love hath the Father bestowed upon us, that we should be called the fons of GOD?

Ver. 2. Beloved, now are we the fons of GOD.

IV.

UNION and COMMUNION with the CHURCH.

Heb. xii. 22. Ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living GOD, the heavenly Jerufalem, and to an innumerable company of angels;

Ver. 23. To the general affembly, and church of the first-born, which are written in heaven, and to GOD the Judge of all, and to the fpirits of just men made perfect;

Ver. 24. And to Jefus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

Phil. iii. 3. For we are the circumcifion, which worship GOD in the Spirit, and rejoice in Jefus Chrift.

Gal. iii. 28. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: For ye are all one in Jefus Chrift.

Ver. 29. And if you be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's feed, and heirs according to the promise.

Gal. iv. 26. Jerufalem which is above, is free, which is the mother of us all.

Ver. 28. Now we brethren, as Ifaac was, are the children of the promise.

1 John i. 3. That which we have seen and heard, declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowfhip with us; And truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jefus Chrift.

Eph. ii. 12. That at that time ye were without

Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Ifrael, and ftrangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without GOD in the world.

Ver. 13. But now in Chrift Jefus, ye who fometimes were far off, are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

Ver. 19. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow-citizens with the faints, and of the household of GOD.

Ver. 22. In whom [Chrift] you also are builded together for an habitation of GOD, through the Spirit.

Rom. xi. 17. Thou being a wild olive-tree, wert grafted in amongst them, and with them partakeft of the root and fatness of the olive-tree.

V. FREE ACCESS to GOD, with ACCEPTANCE.

Eph. ii. 18. Through him we both have an access by one Spirit unto the Father.

Eph. iii. 12. In whom we have boldness and accefs, with confidence by the faith of him.

1 Pet. ii. 4. To whom, coming as unto a living stone, difallowed indeed of men, but chofen of GOD, and precious.

Ver. 5. Ye alfo as lively ftones are built up a fpiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up fpiritual facrifices, acceptable to GOD, by Jefus Chrift.

Heb. x. 19. Having, therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holieft by the blood of Jefus ;

Ver. 20. By a new and living way, which he hath confecrated for us, through the vail, that is to fay, his flesh.

Eph. i. 6. Wherein he hath made us accepted through the Beloved.

Ezek. xx. 40. In mine holy mountain-I will accept them, and there will I require your offerings.
