This being the day appointed by the Constitution of the Protes tant Episcopal Church in the state of Ohio, for the meeting of the Annual Convention of the same, several of the Clergy and Lay Delegates attended at half past 10 o'clock, A. M. in the Hall of the College edifice, which had been appointed by the Bishop as the place of meeting. Morning prayer was conducted by tl e Rev.
