Botanical Memoir of Mr. Brown, "accompanied as it is by the incomparable plates after Bauer," contains the most plates after Westall are distinguished by great delicacy, and important documents in that delightful science. The fine are executed by the first artists. The charts and embellishpatronage of Mr. Yorke, then First Lord of the Admiraltyments were executed at the public expense, under the the work itself under the superintendence of Sir Jos. Banks.
