INTRODUCTION.

THE author of the following sheets offers his work to the attention of the public with a due impression of the awful responsibility that attaches itself to everyone who attempts to expound the message which God has sent to guilty men. He wishes to bear on his mind eir 'on the following denunciations, uttered by him who "spake as never man spake," and "in whose tongue was the law of kindness."—" For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him
