Tribute paid to Cesar. CHAP. XXII. Sadducees confuted. gathered together all as many d*21 They say unto him, Ceas they found, both bad and sar's. Then saith he unto good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. t 11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:

t 13Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14 For many are called, but few are chosen.
f15¶ Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.
n 16 And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that the art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou
to him the Sadducees, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him,
24 Saying, Master, Moses said, If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother:
26 Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
27 And last of all the woman died also.

18 And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty.

29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: t 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shal. gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
