more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts. Psalm xcviii. 2. The Lord hath made known his ,salyation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen. Rom i. 16. For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. Heb. ii. 3. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 1 Cor. ii. 5. That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of ren, but in the power of God.
