This is another must-read as it provides a wonderful overview of where our tendencies lead us astray. I was particularly interested in the discussion about planning fallacies since a lot of my work involved planning how long it will take to complete a task. I will be making good user of outside estimates, especially when something looks easy that I have not done before!

Tough read but great
It took me a lot longer to get through this book then other behavioral economics books but it was worth the read. Lots of great experiments and analysis.
