THE ENGLISH FLORA.

By SIR JAMES E. SMITH, President of the Linnæan Society, &c. &c. The language also is attempted to be reduced to a correct standard. The genera are reformed, and the species defined, from practical observation; and it is hoped the expectations of British botanists will not be disappointed.

The work will be completed in four volumes.
