PON the bumble Petition of Nicholas Brady and Nahum Tate, this Day read at the Board, fetting forth, that the Petitioners bave, with their utmost Care and Induftry, cempleated A New Verfion of the Pfalms of David, in English Metre, fitted for public Ufe; and bumbly praying His Majesty's Royal Allowance that the faid Verfion may be used in fuch Congregations as fall think fit to receive it!

His Majefty, taking the fame into bis Royal Confideration, is pleafed to order in Council, That the faid New Verfion of the Palms, in English Metre, be, and the fame is bereby Allowed and Permitted to be used in all fuch Churches, Chapels, and Congregations, as ball think fit to receive the fame.
