    Robert H. Welch is dean of the School of Educational Ministries, associate dean for Ph.D. in Educational Ministries, and professor of administration at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He received a B.S. from East Tennessee State University , MS from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Ph.D. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He in the Fort Worth , Texas area.
