The Navarre Bible Pentateuch

The first five books of the Old Testament: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy in the Revised Standard Version and the New Vulgate with a Commentary by members of the Faculty of Theology at the University of Navarre, Spain.

The main feature is the notes and introductions by the editors; these notes, which are rarely very technical, are designed to elucidate the spiritual and theological message of the Bible.

This edition also carries the Western Church's official Latin version of the Bible, the editio tipica altera of the New Vulgate (1986).
