XIX. And it is hereby further enacted and declared by the authority aforefaid, That from and after the twenty ninth day of September, one thousand seven hundred and fixty four, nothing in the before-recited act made in the fixth year of the reign of his late majefty King George the Second, or any other act of parliament, fhall extend, or be conftrued to extend, to give liberty to any person or perfons whatsoever to import into the kingdom of Ireland, any fort of fugars, but fuch only as fhall be fairly and bona fide loaden and fhipped in Great Britain, and carried directly from thence in ships navigated according to law.

XX. XXII.
