WE commend to the care of thy providence thy fervant George our King: fill his heart with every virtue, and assist him in the important duties to which he is called; profper him in all his righteous undertakings; and, after a life of great and extenfive usefulness in this world, advance him to thy heavenly and everlasting kingdom. the ministers of the Chriftian religion; humbly befeeching thee, that their faithful endeavours to extend the knowledge of thy truth, and to promote the love and practice of thy holy commandments, may be favourably accepted, and crowned with fuccefs. Amen.

GOD of mercy, we humbly beg thy favourable regard to all our brethren in affliction; may thy wisdom be their direction; thy power their fupport; and thy goodness their confidence; and by a patient behaviour under their afflictions, and a thankful acknowledgment of all thy mercies, may they be prepared for unmixed happiness in a future and better world. Amen.

Concluding Prayer.

MERCIFULLY regard, O heavenly Father, these our petitions for ourselves and others, and grant that by thus expreffing the defires of our hearts before thee, we may be more impreffed with reverence for thee, charity for all mankind, and concern for our religious improvement. Pardon whatever thou haft seen amifs in us at this time. Affift us in the further duties which lie before us. May we receive thy word in the fpirit of meeknefs, and adorn our Chriftian profeffion by the holiness of our lives. Graciously accept our religious fervices, which we offer in the name and as the difciples of Jefus Chrift, in whofe words we conclude our addreffes to thee:
