Concluding Prayer.

EAR us, heavenly Father, in these our petitions, for ourselves and others; grant that by these religious fervices we may be filled with reverence for thee; with love to our brethren of mankind; with zeal in the Christian cause, and a fincere concern for our religious improvement and eternal falvation. Affift us, we beseech thee, in the duties which further lie before us. May we hear thy word with seriousness and attention. Enlighten our minds with thy holy Spirit, that we may difcern the true way to everlasting life; and finally bring us to thy heavenly kingdom, which thou haft promised to all thy faithful fervants by Jefus Christ our Lord, who has encouraged us to address thee, as

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
