orders and degrees of men in both, from the unnatural re bellion, ufurpation, and tyranny of ungodly and cruel men, and from the fad confufions and ruin thereupon enfuing. From all these, O gracious and merciful Lord God, not our merit, but thy mercy; not our forefight, but thy providence; not our own arm, but thy right hand, and thine arm did rescue and deliver us. And therefore not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy Name be ascribed all honour, and glory, and praife, with most humble and hearty thanks in all Churches of the Saints: Even fo, bleffed be the Lord our God, who alone doeth wondrous things; and bleffed be the Name of his Majefty for ever, through Jefus Christ our Lord and only Saviour. In the Communion-Service, immediately before the reading of the Epifile, ball these two Collects be used, in ftead of the Collect for the King, and the Collect of the Day.

Almighty God, who art a ftrong tower of defence unto

Ot every one that faith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of heaven: but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in Heaven. S. Matth. vii. 21.

A FORM

to Almighty God; to be ufed in all Churches and Chapels within this Realm, every Year upon the Twenty Second Day of June, being the Day on which His Majesty began his Happy Reign.

The Service shall be the fame with the ufual Office for Holy-days in all things; except where it is in this Office otherwife appointed.

If this Day fhall happen to be Sunday, this whole Office fhall be used, as it followeth, entirely.

Morning Prayer fhall begin with thefe Sentences.

Exhort, that first of all Supplications, Prayers, Interceflions, and giving of Thanks be made for all men: For Kings, and for all that are in Authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honefty: For this is good and acceptable unto God our Saviour. 1 Tim. ii. 1, 2, 3.

If we fay that we have no fin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us: But if we confefs our fins, he is faithful and juft to forgive us our fins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 S. John i. 8, 9.
